Any customer in New South Wales wishing to board a Busways bus with a bike or scooter must fold the scooter and store it in the luggage rack.

Bikes, scooters, and e-scooters that fold are allowed on board.

Exceptions on rail replacement services:

If the bus is a rail replacement service that is wheelchair accessible (low-floor), you can still bring a full size bike or unfolded scooter on board.  This is to ensure passengers who travelled on the train with their bike or scooter can travel on their return journey.
