Veterans and their immediate families in New South Wales and South Australia can receive free public transport on ANZAC Day (Tuesday 25 April 2023).

In NSW, both past and present military personnel can present their Australian Defence Uniform, display their service medals, or carry a letter of accreditation from a recognized ex-services organization like the RSL to enjoy free travel on ANZAC Day.

Immediate family members of veterans and military personnel in NSW can also travel for free on ANZAC Day, including on public transport all day. Please remember to bring the necessary identification or proof of service with you.
