Office Administration Trainee

The Job

This is an exciting opportunity where you will continuously learn, grow and develop as you progress in the role. Working within our Scheduling team and reporting to the Head of Scheduling, the responsibilities of this position will depend on both you and your strengths. It could include but is not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Scheduling team
  • Creating and maintaining departmental Excel spreadsheets
  • Emailing and following up relevant matters that are sent to our Scheduling team
  • Completing general office administration tasks as required
  • Assisting the Scheduling team as required

Essential Criteria

  • Willing to commit to a 2-year Traineeship within a business-related scope
  • Good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Advanced computer literacy skills – Outlook & Word
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Possess an enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload
  • Possess a proactive and inquisitive approach to tasks given and be willing to take on additional responsibilities
  • A mature and professional approach
  • Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship

Experience within an administration scope will be considered advantageous however, is not essential.
