Busways proudly provides scheduled route and school bus services to communities in the Western Sydney region.
This bus network covers a large part of Western Sydney including Blacktown, Mount Druitt, Rouse Hill, Seven Hills, Castle Hill, Windsor, Penrith, Richmond and Hawkesbury Valley.
These services take passengers to and from work, school, shopping centres, beaches and many other places.
Some of the major trip destinations are the train stations on the Main Western Line as well as the Norwest Business Park, Westpoint Blacktown Shopping Centre, Castle Towers and Centro Nepean.
Busways has been awarded Sydney's Bus Contract 1 by the NSW Government to provide bus services in this area, also known as Region 1.

ROUTE 721: Blacktown Hospital Diversion

The bus stop at Blacktown Hospital will be temporarily closed between 4:30 am and 6:00 pm on both days due to construction work.
